The Leadership Essentials Accelerator program engages participants in the leadership concepts presented in the online module while creating rich learning environments for sharing and application discussions. Participants attend bi-weekly group coaching sessions.

Achiever
(5 Months)
The Leadership Essentials Achiever Certification is our level I certification program that immerses leaders in the foundational elements critical for effective leadership. While task and project management is important, advanced leadership begins with the foundation of self-leadership. The Leadership Essentials Certification remains active for 2 years.

Common Questions / FAQs
How long will I have access to the online modules?
Participants who register for Modules only, Certificate of Participation or Certification program have access to the online modules for 1 year from the date of registration.
How are group coaching sessions delivered?
Group coaching sessions take place via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Upon registration and during the onboarding process, participants will select or receive assignments to their group coaching teams. Switching teams after starting courses will incur a $150 administrative fee.
What is the difference between the certificate program and the certification program?
The certificate program awards participants with a certificate of participation. This is a value-added asset and can be framed, added to achievement or HR files to demonstrate participation in leadership-centric development programs.
The Leadership Essentials Certification program requires participants to demonstrate the ability to apply the leadership essential principles. Application ability id demonstrated in two ways. First, the group certification coaching sessions involve learning labs designed to stretch leaders. Second, the certification exam reinforces the leaders' ability to nimbly apply the principles in scenario-based situations.

What is the process to get started?
1. Select your desired program (schedule a consultation if you have questions or if you are not sure which program is best for you)
2. Use the correct link above to choose your desired payment option
3. Once your payment is made, check your email for confirmation and your onboarding questionnaire.
4. Submit your questionnaire with information required.
5. Use your login information (emailed) to access the online mentoring modules
6. Proceed through each module with careful attention to how the principles apply to you.
7. Watch for an email with the date/time of your first coaching session (based on session start and information provided in your onboarding questionnaire)
8. Email us for any support needs or question
9. Apply, apply, apply. Go slow to go fast. Take your time and apply the lessons learned to your personal and professional life on a daily basis.
When do the next classes begin?
We have designed the curricula in a way that allows each participant to begin at any time. The result is a robust group coaching session that allows the culmination of various levels of learning in a way that enriches the learning processes while fulfilling each student's individual programmatic learning needs.
